Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient pickup time from your home.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
